Boogie Fever is the #1 place to go to in Metro Detroit if you like 70's and 80's music and you like to dance. They play 70's and 80's music all night long and they have a very large disco dance floor. They also have huge areas on the sides of the dance floor to dance so it doesn't get too crowded. The age range is anywhere from 21 to 40's and 50's. There is usually a good mix of people there. Cover is $7 if you show up after 9:00 PM.

Bosco is not easy to spot if you havent been there before due to not having a sign. Look for the smoked white glass windows. Bosco is a very relaxed bar with lots of seating and couches. Its a great bar to relax outside on their patio in the summer when its warm out.

The Post Bar in Ferndale is a great sports bar to go and watch the game. They have good food and pretty cheap drinks. You can go there on the weekend and dance to their live DJ. Its a little bit smaller than post bar Dearborn or Novi but larger than downtown Detroit.

The WAB is the place to go to in Ferndale if you like microbrewries. They have 7 of their own beers on tap and you can even get half gallon beers to go or full kegs. They have a small food menu but the food is very good. There are two floors of seating and also a small patio area outside.
